I believe the above photo was taken in 2013. I certainly enjoyed finding a similar photo from my May 2018 first-ever visit to Jamestown and then cropping & massaging it to approximate gregador’s photo.
The building on the left is the Arcade Building. A building to its left, absent now but present above was 24 Main Street which was lost to fire in 2017. Also, an ugly sign has sprouted out of the corner of the building (31 Main) to the far right in the top photo; I cropped it out.
