This is the United Methodist Building in Washington DC. They’ve been running signs like this for a while, changing only the previous outrage for the latest outrage. Of all the mainline denominations the Methodists have the lowest approval of Trump.
The sign’s text refers to Christian values as explained in Matthew 25: 35-40.
